Vasari is located in Bonita Springs off of the Imperial Parkway with the entrance to the east just north of the Lee-Collier County line. Vasari was built by Taylor Morrison from the years of 2002 to 2008. In total, there are seven hundred and sixty six homes with various styles including carriage homes, condominiums, coach homes, garden homes, single-family homes, and estates spread over three hundred and seventy-five acres with incredible views of their forty acre lake. Nearby amenities, including several fine upscale shopping and magnificent dining experiences in nearby plazas consist of The Promenade Shops Mercato, Miromar Outlets, Coconut Point Mall, and Gulf Coast Town Center. The Vasari community is within close range to the entrance ramp of Interstate 75 providing quick and easy access to Naples, Estero, and Fort Myers. Clubhouse

The clubhouse is the main attraction for all social events in the Vasari community. Rooms are available for clubs such as Poker, Mah Jongg, Canasta, Bridge, Book Club and more to occupy. An active social calendar keeps residents busy with annual events, holiday dinners and dances, and fashion shows throughout the year. Bocce ball club is a popular favorite within the community with over three hundred members and is a member of the Southwest Florida Bocce League.

Fitness

The state-of-the-art fitness center is available to the residents of Vasari and contains equipment that is adjustable for extreme fitness fans of all skill sets and varying performance levels. On-site fitness lessons are offered for those starting out or those that would like to learn a new and energizing routine. Additionally, certified yoga and pilates instructors are available. Six har-tru tennis courts that are lighted for night time playing as well are open for your convenience.

Golf

Internationally renowned Billy Fuller designed the breathtaking golf course at Vasari. It’s eighteen holes provides excellent levels of playability and includes a fifty-yard driving range. On site there is a pro shop for players seeking the latest and greatest apparel and technology. Additionally, there is reciprocal golfing shared with over sixty golfing communities within the Southwest Florida area.
